Direct Primary Care is a monthly membership for primary care services.

Routine care is provided directly between you and your provider, without insurance billing.

Insurance is not required but recommended for services outside the clinic.

Your membership provides access to ongoing primary care services, including:

  • Primary care visits (in-person and virtual)
  • Sick visits and acute care
  • Chronic condition management

  • Additional wellness services such as eight loss treatment plans and hormone replacement

Direct Primary Care is not health insurance.
It does not replace coverage for emergency care, hospitalization, speciality care, or outside diagnostic services.
It is a membership for primary care services only.

Care Outside Membership

Some healthcare services happen outside of the clinic setting or are not included in the monthly membership. When additional care is needed, we help guide you through your options with transparency and coordination.

Insurance is not required to become a member, but we recommend maintaining coverage for services such as hospital care, imaging, specialist visits, and emergency care.

Laboratory testing

Many common laboratory tests can be ordered at transparent, discounted self-pay rates. Pricing is reviewed before ordering.

If you have insurance, outside laboratories may bill your plan directly.

Medications

Prescriptions can be sent to local pharmacies, including lower-cost cash-pay options.

Insurance may still be used for medications through your pharmacy benefits.

We can also help identify affordable alternatives.

Imaging & outside care

Imaging, specialist consultations, hospital services and emergency care is not included in the membership.

If outside care is needed, we help coordinate
referrals and guide you towards trusted community resources with close follow up and care coordination.

If you have insurance

Insurance may be used for services outside the membership such as imaging, specialty care, or outside laboratory testing.

Coverage depends on your individual plan and the facility providing care.

In some cases, outside facilities bill insurance directly or offer self-pay options.

Your membership is separate and is not billed to insurance.

We help coordinate care and explain options so you can make informed decisions.
